Mobile Legends Patch 1.7.06 Update: Hero Adjustments, Talent System changes and more

After a few minor Patch Updates in the Advanced Server, Mobile Legends have introduced a new Patch 1.7.06 Update in the Advanced Server, re-releasing the older Talent System. The current Talent System comes with a bunch of revamps, where the number of talents is being reduced, the number coming down from 38 to 24. Players can then quickly grasp different talents’ roles and their combinations after the system’s official launch on the Official Server. To add more depth to the system, they will be added later.

    The mechanics of Fredrinn’s Crystal Energy is being optimized, while lowering the absolute maximum damage of his enhanced Ultimate.
    Passive (^)
    Crystal Energy Decay Timer: 5s >> 8s
    An issue was fixed where the Combo Point’s decay timer was reset, when Fredrinn cast skills using Combo Points.
    New Effect: The Crystal Energy stored cannot exceed Fredrinn’s current HP.
    Ultimate (^)
    Combo Points are no longer consumed, when the skill is interrupted.
    Enhanced Ultimate (V)
    Cooldown: 20-16s >> 30-24s
    New Effect: Hitting non-minion enemies with this skill also grants Combo Points. A damage cap has been added.
    Faramis (Adjusted)

    Badang has been overperforming, since the previous buff. Therefore, some of his baseline power is being taken away and the uptime of his Skill 1 is being lowered.

    Recharge Time: 12-7s >> 13-10s
    Skill 2 (V)
    Base Shield: 400-800 >> 350-600
    Gord (^)
    Gord has been struggling to hold down his enemies. Therefore its Passive is being buffed, allowing him to inflict a higher slow with multi-skill hits.

    Slow Effect: 30% >> 20%
    Duration: 0.5s >> 1s
    New Effect: The slow effect can stack 2 times.
    Thamuz (V)

    Thamuz is still dominating the early game. Therefore, developers are further dampening his lava power by restricting his access to his Skill 1.

    The UI’s simplicity and other features included a series of balance adjustments based on data from the previous tests. These adjustments will make it easier for players to get started with the new talents and explore the fun of the Talent system.

    The Talent system data will be reset on the Advanced Server from time to time, while the Talent Essence obtained will always be kept. Some of the old emblem-related tasks and achievements will become unavailable when the Emblem system is replaced with the new Talent system. The developers have apologized for the inconvenience caused.
  • Tickets used to purchase extra talent pages will also be converted into Talent Essence.
  • Activating regular talents now costs 800 Talent Essence. The free uses granted upon activation are increased to 200.
  • When the Talent Essence is sufficient, players will see a One-Tap Purchase button on the main Talent screen to purchase all talents with one tap.

  • Tickets used to purchase extra talent pages will also be converted into Talent Essence.
    Activating regular talents now costs 800 Talent Essence. The free uses granted upon activation are increased to 200.
